Tips On Use Of The Profile Entry Form
The NRC Portal system allows you to maintain your own contact information and password, as well as upload documents requested of you by management.
You can also leave comments for NRC, explaining your needs, and abilities beyond what the remainder of the form can do.
Comments are not a substitute for
phone calls or emails, and should be reserved for information that is long-term in nature. If you need to communicate something urgently, do not use profile comments.
When uploading documents or entering comments, you must save the form by pressing the "Save" button otherwise the system
will not know to associate your uploaded files to your User record.
Common Data Entry Issues
Date Entry - All dates should be formatted as MM/DD/YYYY. Do not use single digits for months or days. Months 1-9 must be entered with a leading zero (i.e. March = 03). Days must be entered the same way.
Years must be 4 digits.
Password Entry - Valid passwords are 6 characters long and have at least 1 digit and 1 alpha character with the remaining characters any combination of alpha, numeric and certain special characters

Scrolling Forms - Some forms, including the profile entry form, are larger than the entire screen on most computers, so they have been outfitted with scrollbars. Please make sure to scroll down to the
end of whatever form you use to make sure you do not miss entering useful data.
Signing On - Your Username is your registered email address and passwords are case sensitive.

Users of the iPhone Mobile Portal App should download the newest version of the app. Download it like you did before by using the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad,
and visiting the National Rollout Company Web Portal. Press the App Download button and allow the application to download and install.
If you own an iPhone or iPad and have not installed the application, follow the instructions above to get your copy of the App to do reporting and picture taking in-store with your iPhone!

If you have downloaded the Android version of our Mobile Portal, you are urged to download the latest version as soon as possible! A recent change caused information to be displayed
with special codes embedded. This made the questions, instructions, and other information virtually unreadable. This version of the Mobile Portal App fixes this bug. A fix for the Apple iPhone App will be
released as soon as possible.
The new version of the Android Mobile Portal App can be downloaded from the National Rollout Company Web Portal.
Using the browser on your Android 2.3 or higher phone, browse to the portal and you will be presented with an option to download the app. You must enable the installation of apps that are not from the
Google Play Store. There is a setting on your Android device in the Settings app that allows this.
